Common questions

Does upgrading apply immediately?
Yes. Your new token window takes effect on the next message — no restart, no wait. Usage already consumed in the current window stays counted, but against the new higher cap.
What resets the token window?
The window is rolling. It resets 5 hours after your first message in that cycle — not at midnight, not on a fixed schedule. The engine shows your reset time in the credits bar.
What counts against my token limit?
Input tokens (your messages + history), output tokens (AI replies) weighted at 3×, and tool calls. Longer sessions with deep history cost more. Keeping chats focused uses your window efficiently.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then drop back to Free — no data is deleted.
What is sandbox execution?
Basic and Pro plans get a persistent Linux sandbox (Debian 12) where the AI can write, run, and test scripts live. The sandbox persists for your entire chat session and resets when you start a new one.
